Privacy Policy

At dco.ink, “Zero Data Collection, Absolute Privacy” is not just a marketing slogan, but the core foundation of our system architecture.

1. Information We Collect

a. Free Users

For unlogged free users, we do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) at all. When you generate a short link, we only record the target URL you submit and the system-generated random short code.

b. VIP / Registered Users

If you choose to log in with Google, we only collect and save your basic information:

  • Email address
  • Nickname / Name
  • Avatar link

This information is only used to render your profile in the Dashboard and to receive necessary account notifications via email (e.g., subscription expiration reminders).

2. Click Tracking and Analytics

Unlike other short link providers, we have actively abandoned the so-called “click statistical analysis” feature.

When anyone clicks a dco.ink link to redirect:

  • We DO NOT record the visitor’s real IP.
  • We DO NOT record the visitor’s User-Agent, device type, or location.
  • We DO NOT inject any tracking Cookies or ad network scripts.

The system only performs the lowest-level 301/302 protocol redirect operation, in exchange for the world’s top millisecond-level redirect experience, and to maximize the protection of end-users’ digital footprints.

3. Your Rights

As a registered user, you can delete your short links at any time in the console. After deletion, the target data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. If you wish to cancel your account and clear all email records, please contact our support team.
